📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 2 and 3 IT support for desktop, server, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize VMware environments, including vSphere and NSX.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Azure and AWS solutions.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems meet business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on cloud and infrastructure.
• Certifications in VMware, Microsoft Azure, and AWS are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficient in using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
