📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct dosages and instructions are provided to customers
• Managing pharmacy inventory, including stocking, ordering, and reordering pharmaceutical products
• Assisting pharmacists with compounding and preparing medications as needed
• Providing customer service, answering inquiries about medications, and educating customers on proper usage
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assisting with quality control measures, including verifying medication labels and expiration dates
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Adhering to all pharmacy regulations and compliance standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with pharmacy software such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and inventory management tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a pharmacy or healthcare-related degree
