In this role, you'll spend your days managing and optimizing our logistics and transportation operations. You'll work closely with our team of drivers, vendors, and management to ensure that our supply chain runs like clockwork. You'll use tools like SAP, JDE, and other logistics software to track and manage our operations, ensuring that we meet our targets and deadlines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage logistics and transportation operations between estates, mills, workshops, and other key locations.
• Schedule and assign vehicles to drivers, ensuring optimal utilization and route efficiency.
• Track and manage cargo, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Monitor and report on logistics and transportation performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and maintain logistics and transportation records and documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to the logistics and transportation team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation coordination, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Proficiency in using logistics and transportation management software such as SAP, JDE, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation best practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
