📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Monitor and report on environmental and safety performance metrics.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental and safety best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest environmental and safety regulations and industry best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety.
- Certification in Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) or Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS 18001) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and environmental management software such as SAP or QHSE.
