📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models of telecommunication infrastructure using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in BIM and telecommunication.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and construction aspects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on telecommunication installation.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication infrastructure and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Certification in BIM or a related field is a plus.
