📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
