As an HR Recruitment Specialist at HR Primo Management Services, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for our client's organizations. You'll use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse to streamline your recruitment processes. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, you'll bring a strategic approach to talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the local market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles within our client's organizations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse to streamline the hiring process.
• Conduct initial and final interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the local job market in Bali and Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
