📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of road maintenance and construction projects.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Implement best practices and standards to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance and construction, with a proven track record in leading teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
