As our IT Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations, ensuring seamless connectivity, and providing exceptional technical support to our guests and staff. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals to implement and maintain our hotel management system, including PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our hotel management system, including PMS, POS, and CRM.
• Provide technical support to our guests and staff, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
• Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, CCTV, and telephony systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
• Collaborate with our software development team to integrate new technologies and improve our existing systems.
• Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide training and support to our staff on the use of our IT systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant IT management certifications.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining hotel management systems, including PMS, POS, and CRM.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and the unique challenges it presents.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
