📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain the SEA Sales Compensation framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for incentive program optimization.
• Create and present financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to design and implement incentive programs that drive performance and engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation to ensure Ecolab remains competitive in the market.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial support to the sales teams.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on sales compensation or incentive program management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
