Glow Bright Indonesia is looking for a talented and friendly Waiter to join our team. We are a vibrant and growing restaurant chain in Yogyakarta, offering a variety of delicious Indonesian and international dishes. As a Waiter at Glow Bright, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat customers upon arrival.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area.,Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints.,Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up tables and cleaning.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the food service industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Good physical condition and the ability to stand for long periods.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

🛠️ Keahlian

Multilingual skills (Indonesian and English are preferred).Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.Teamwork and collaboration skills.
