Silver New Ekspansindo is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute menus, and assist in training and mentoring junior staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following standard recipes and procedures.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are available and properly stored.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet production targets and deadlines.,Participate in food cost control and menu planning activities.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Clean driving license and willingness to travel.
