📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures in line with Six Sigma and ISO standards.,Conduct process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.,Lead quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality engineers and team members on quality standards and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to the development of quality improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on manufacturing excellence.,Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and ISO quality standards.,Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).,Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
