📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock control and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of service and pharmacy practices.,Provide expert advice on medication and health-related issues to customers.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and practice.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to lead and mentor a team.
