📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement pastry recipes and menus that align with the restaurant's culinary vision.,Lead and mentor junior pastry chefs, ensuring they develop their skills and contribute effectively to the team.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by monitoring production processes and maintaining high standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pastries into the overall dining experience.,Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques, incorporating new ideas into the menu.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste and optimize costs.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the pastry field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior chefs.,Excellent knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
