📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees in the use of IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to new employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with other IT staff to plan and implement IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.
