In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing with the relevant tax authorities.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.,Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and overseeing the performance of accounting staff.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
