In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting and tax filing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliation.,Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax filing, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
