We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support & Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a contract role with a Multinational Company (MNC) based in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support and operations, with excellent communication and organizational skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of sales activities, including but not limited to order processing, customer follow-ups, and sales reporting.,Support the operations team in managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.,Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and operations strategies and processes.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or operations roles.,Strong knowledge of sales and operations processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
