Cafe Sari Laundry is looking for a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. You will work closely with the HR team to identify training needs and ensure that our training programs are effective and engaging.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Work with the HR team to identify training needs and goals,Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, videos, and workshops,Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
