Proximat Analyst

Indofood CBP is looking for a talented Proximat Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise analyses of food products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

This is a full-time position located in Cibitung, Jawa Barat. The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Conducting proximat analyses on food products to determine moisture, protein, fat, and ash content.
• Ensuring all analyses are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Collaborating with the quality control team to maintain and improve food product quality.
• Documenting and reporting analysis results in a timely manner.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new quality control procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Participating in continuous training and development programs.
• Complying with all safety and quality regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of proximat analysis techniques and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulations.
