As an Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.,Train and develop staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction levels.,Monitor and report sales performance to the regional manager.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.,Manage and maintain a clean and well-organized outlet environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
