📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental objectives and targets.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to foster growth and development.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with company goals.,Monitor departmental performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Continuously evaluate and update departmental processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a corporate environment.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
