PT Garuda Cendana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Pandeglang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of cash handling procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Monitor cash drawer balances and handle deposits and withdrawals as required.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reports.,Train and develop new cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Manage inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with inventory management and restocking procedures.
