Mart Code Group is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Kalideres. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources department, ensuring that our employees are well-supported and that our company maintains a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
