📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, ingredient procurement, and staff training.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety standards.,Maintain the restaurant's reputation for excellence by delivering exceptional customer service.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.,Control food costs and inventory to ensure profitability.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and maintain the kitchen equipment and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
