📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Sanitary, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to create detailed drawings and schedules.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on cost and schedule progress.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project accuracy and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Sanitary, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid professional engineering license preferred.
