New Mart Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Deputy Waiter to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head waiter in ensuring excellent service to our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waiter in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.,Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver them to the kitchen.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are served promptly and accurately.,Assist in the preparation of tables for service and the clearing of tables after service.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of food and beverage items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and equipment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
