📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any concerns or issues raised.,Prepare and present regular reports to the branch manager and corporate headquarters.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
