Shine Store Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management and ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Participate in store-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
