📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure the branch meets all regulatory and legal requirements.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is a plus.
