📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards work.
