📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employees' skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development strategies.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance.,Collaborate with managers and team leaders to integrate training into the workplace.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
