📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
• Handle financial audits and inspections as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
