We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients in Central Eastern Europe.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial services.,Participate in sales training and development programs.,Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of SMB needs and challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages in Central Eastern Europe is a plus.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.
