📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of customer and inventory records using Microsoft Excel and our in-house inventory system.
- Generate and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support retail operations.
- Assist in the management of inventory levels, including stock counts and reordering.
- Support the retail team by providing data-driven insights and reports.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth retail operations.
- Follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations or inventory management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
